I will definitely return." | | | | The hotel was one of the cheapest to book from hotels direct and so I went for it not knowing what to expect, but the staff were very friendly, the hotel facilities were of very high standard. The room was slighty small, but for the price we payed was good value. The breakfast buffet had everything you could imagine, so it catered for all (vegetarian etc).. Overall I was very impressed!!

Hotel had water problems and no water was available in any of the bedrooms on the last morning of stay also we requested additional pillows on the first night which had to be re-requested the next morning and were then delivered.

The whole experience was fantastic." | | | | All staff very friendly and quality of hotel very good.Breakfast was a very good experience and set us up perfectly for a day in London.Rooms clean and comfortable. Swimming pool a real bonus for a hotel in London, a swim and some time in the jaccuzi or the sauna is the perfect way to get refreshed after a hard day sightseeing.Would highly recommend this hotel, the location is very handy for train and tube, and I hope we get to visit this hotel again in the near future, of course using Hotel Direct.

The location was excellent and the rooms were very clean and stylish. Staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciated the effort that was made to ensure that everybody was aware of the clocks changing. The only complaints were the time it took for the bath/shower to drain and the fact that there was no clock in the room.

No British staff so some language problems (asked for a jug of tap water & got a bottle from room service). The swimming pool was tiny. On our last day there was a problem with no water so couldn`t have a shower till after breakfast when fixed but no apology given on checkout. Definitely would NOT stay again.

Lovely comfy beds (I know as I have a bad back and have to have memory foam at home)

Guest rating: | 25/3/2008 | "brilliant location" | | | | The room was nice and clean. It was overlooking the railway but you couldn`t hear the noise through the window. Good air con which made it lovely and cool. A small problem with the shower which was fixed straight away.

" | | | | Staff were warm and friendly but ordered room service on the Saturday (22nd March) at around 11.15pm and was told our order would take 25mins but had to call more than an hour later to cancel as we could not wait any longer. This was around 12.15am. No apology was offered. On out departure we made three attempts to have breakfast before we checked out before we eventually were offered a table. I could see they were busy but we had to rush down out breakfast as we had a taxi ordered to the airport. Apart from that the room was satisfactory and was warm and clean.
