Clean and we`ll kept rooms and beddings. The hotel room service menu is extremely limited. There was nothing in the bar fridge which was disappointing...not even water! Please improve on this. Your breakfast was excellent.

"Restaurant Bravo Bravo"
The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, the pool was freezing on the first day and then it was closed on the 2nd day so my daughter was disappointed. The breakfast was good but we decided to eat in the restaurant which is a buffet style, all the dishes were empty and it seemed to take forever for the staff to refill so we ended up eating bread and carrots. We wont be going back

Bed was a bit hard but staff were extremely friendly. Excellent location for all heathrow terminals.

"Staff are reactive rather than proactive"
Ignored by the concierge on arrival and carried our own bags. Had to request a trolley from reception. Twice had to order ice. Confusion over 1 booking at reception which was crowded with guests who appeared to be complaining. However, Restaurant staff were excellent, as was the food and cleaner on my floor was very helpful when I had trouble with the keycards and needed to move from room to room several times to assist my daughter who was about to be married.

"Good value"
Quiet even though near airport. Food very good. Clean, heated pool. Easy to get to, near bus - bus free from airport and train station. Near supermarkets and restaurant. Staff friendly and helpful. Good facilities.

Accommodation and breakfast were good as usual but very disappointed that the restaurant was closed for dinner and the dinner buffet was very limited and served in the bar area with competition from TV`s.

Nice overnight stay to rest before flying home to the US. The air con in our room did not work well.

Had problems getting a hot cup of Tea at breakfast as water was cold and Tea was Herbal or Earl Grey with a scented flavour.

Overall very good,concierge extremely helpful.Room was clean and beds comfortable.Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice and quick service.Hotel to Heathrow terminals shuttle bus every 15 min.
