"Wonderful stay, highly recommended."
This was our first time staying in the Hilton and it was a great experience from start to finish. The staff were very friendly and informative and the chance to take advantage of the Executive Lounge was an unexpected bonus. The only drawback was that they didn`t have Southern Comfort on offer. Other than that it`s an experience we look forward to repeating.

Helpful staff, clean,comfortable room and excellent food. Only disappointment is having to pay £18 for car park - thats after the £4 discount after showing your hotel invoice! Staff explained owned by a different company, but that doesn`t explain why Hilton Car Park is above the entrance! We travelled 65miles for a show in Waterfront Hall-extremely handy to Hotel - only 2 minutes walk, but would hate to have been a `real` tourist and hit with an even bigger bill on top of a car rental!

" For a hotel of your standing I think the comfort of your guests is very important. "
The bed was very hard and not what I am used to in hotels. This is the first time we have stayed at a Hilton hotel, but it may be the last as a comfortable bed is essential. everything else was excellent.
