"Large hotel which lacked a welcoming atmosphere."
The hotel reception staff would benefit from training to impoving their welcoming attitude and general manner when dealing with guests. The dining room was spacious and well equiped and offered an excellent breakfast with plentifull good quality food and pleasant and helpful catering staff. The single room was very basic, required up-grading and the carpet wasn`t vacuumed properly before my arrival or during my stay. The shower sruggled to produce hot water at a reasonable flow.The location of the hotel was excellent and was within easy walking distance to most of Blackpool`s main attractions and situated close to a tram station at the North Pier.
