"Lovely staff "
We had an enjoyable time, our first time in Docklands. There was a misunderstanding regarding ?saving the planet? - in every other hotel, it has been to keep our used towels. In this one, it turned out to be that the room wasn`t cleaned at all! Not a good choice. Shame, because we didn`t get any more hot drink fo the rest of the day and before breakfast, the room was not at its best when we returned in the evening.
