"Tiny and shabby but very friendly staff"

We were disappointed with just how tiny the rooms were - you couldn`t even walk fully round the double bed! The decor was modern but shabby with heavy wear to the carpet and mould in the shower. Air conditioning was too noisy to have on in the night despite a very warm room and we had issues with a sign outside the window rattling very loudly in the wind periodically.

"Lovely Room- Terrible Breakfast"

The hotel room and service was good, however the breakfast in the morning was terrible, no cooked breakfast at all, stale crossiants and pain au chocolate and also out of date yogurts (30th August) was really not impressed with this at all.

Clean, convenient and well placed hotel. Breakfast was good too. Will definitely return.

"Pity about the bar"

Great stay, clean basic room, great shower, good breakfast just a shame on our return from the theatre the hotel had no soft drinks available coke lemonade etc to go with spirits, no shops open that time of night,

Lovely clean rooms, friendly staff, especially Aranit who was on reception most of the time, nothing was too much trouble, and he always managed to smile at the end of a very long shift.

"Very helpful staff "

Just left this hotel & would return as it was clean & comfortable & all the staff were cheerful & friendly. Breakfast was good with a special mention for providing gluten free bread thank you. Good position close to other amenities transport & the beautiful Holland Park.

"Good location"

Good ,budget hotel with pleasant,helpful staff. Tasty continental breakfast with good variety. Room a bit small but fine for an overnight stay. Also rather dark- the curtains arn`t made to be opened-had to drape them over a chair. Otherwise very clean and comfortable . Had to leave a £10 pound deposit for extras so am waiting to see what that actually covers. Five minutes walk from underground(high street Kensington) so easy to access theatres,etc.

"Reception staff not very welcoming "

So we paid for an exuctive double which was supposed to have a double bed! Instead we had two beds pushed together. The bathroom was a disabled bathroom and we`re not disabled! The breakfast was awful. Generally badly run hotel! Will not be going back.... Ever!!!!

"Very nice hotel in great location"

Stayed for just one night before trip back to Oz. Really great hotel to base yourself to see Harrods and visit all the museums. While the room was immaculate and very nice shower, it was too small for two people with standard luggage.The continental breakfast very nice and got afew more items than usually do for continental in other hotels. Staff also good. Overall a good hotel but bring small luggage for two people to fit comfortably!

"Workmen"

We would not have chosen this hotel had we known workmen would be using electrical tools outside our bedroom both evening and early morning. Breakfast alright but we will not be returning.

"Good price, good location and excellent breakfast options"

Nice and clean, room small but adequate with a good shower, safe and tea making facility in room. The only down side was the lift was not working correctly .
