"A great Hotel in a superb location."

This was our first stay at the Holiday Inn Mayfair (London) and my Wife and I, who are British senior citizens cannot wait to make a return visit. We cannot fault the hotel. We have traveled all over the world so can make comparisons.The staff are amazing and the marketing Director is a lovely lady who is very engaging, helpful, and has a genuine interest in her job and her clients. Our room was absolutely fine, complete with the essential British tea making facilities. We only stayed one night as we were attending a Buckingham Palace Garden Party, all the public rooms and areas are well appointed as is the dining room where we had an excellent breakfast. The hotel location in Mayfair is superb, right on top of every shopping area in the West End, and very close to the theaters. A great hotel and we cannot wait to return. Thank you to all the staff.

nice room, staff very friendly and helpful ... apart from the bar the service was not the best in bar the man was very rude, they told me to wait while they changed a barrel .. i was waiting 35 mins for my drink... and no manners. one young lady was on her own at one point and was rushed off her feet. overall the hotel was nice clean , location was perfect for shops and the Theatre.
