"16 year wedding anniversary at this venue "
We returned after 16 years to celebrate our wedding anniversary here as this is the place we had our reception. We were looking forward to a relaxing evening. The staff were fantastic and it was great to see the facility was just as beautiful as we remember. I`m afraid to say, our stay was spoilt by noise from other guests. The noise continued beyond 11:30 despite other guests asking them to keep the noise down. In the end, we requested another room. Thankfully , Nichole was able to move us to another part of the hotel. Nichole was very helpful and very courteous to us. We had a loverly breakfast and checked out without issue .. in summary, great staff and facility only ruined by disrespectful guests.. a real shame
