"Good central hotel"
Staff are lovely, very helpful and friendly. Rooms are small but have everything you need, hotel is central for theatres.

"Very comfortable and clean hotel"
Only detractor is that there wasn`t a plug near a mirror, so I couldn`t use my hair styling tool for the evening. Lovely cooked breakfast the next day. Delicious!

Nice clean hotel in general, staff were lovely,, went out of their way for you. Breakfast very nice.My room was very small compact and dark tho.. had to have the lights on all the time even during the day.Other than that very enjoyable visit.

Disappointed. Room was very small with limited space for anything. TV wasn`t working . Called reception to report bit no one attended. No natural light as only a small window above bed that faced straight on to external wall a few feet away. Expected better from Radissonblu

After contacting me regarding a hotel change, we were moved to the radisson blu bloomsbury st. What a great hotel. 49734; all the way.Staff very friendly.

"Moved to Another Hotel"
When we arrived at our pre booked Hotel (Radisson Blu Kenilworth), we were informed that the Hotel had a private function, but found out it had been taken over for government needs. We were then told we were booked in at Radisson Blu Grafton. You can imagine how annoying that was as you make all you plans for the hotel you are booked into. We were then told that we will need to get a taxi and pay the driver and get our money back from the next Hotel, I refused to do this as this was their doing, after getting a taxi the receptionist guy squared it away with the driver to get payment from our new hotel. On arrival at our new Hotel, I must admit we were greeted very well by a very apologetic receptionist, upgraded our room and added breakfast for our two night stay, bonus. Having been on Tripadvisor I have seen this has happened before. I would advise that if you have booked the Kenilworth check to see if you are not getting moved.

"No Room at the inn???????"
As we approached the hotel entrance before we even stepped through the doors to enter the lobby , we were stopped and asked to use the entrance to Bloomsbury across the road without explanation. We asked on checkout why we had been moved to the sister hotel at Bloomsbury reception we were told the entire Kenilworth had been booked for a private function . At no point in time were we advised in advance this would be the case.

"Clean, comfortable hotel in a great location to get out and about in London."
The hotel was of a high standard in terms of cleanliness, rooms, staff, food and bar service. All in our party said we would book there again. It was in a convenient location to walk to Covent Garden, Oxford street or Leicester Square.

"Definitely stay here again"
Could not fault our stay. The concierge was amazing so attentive, nothing was too much trouble. We had a king-size bed and I must say it was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in a hotel Everywhere was super clean. Breakfast was good quality food and staff very helpful.

Confusing to find as it is not actually the kennilworth but the Bloomsbury just found the corner. Well situated for walking to everything central. Friendly staff, nice rooms (bathroom tap is a bit crazy- squirts everywhere) and could do with more teas and coffees but would recommend.

We did not get off to a good start. Check in was good and we has acces to our rooms early which was great unfortunately one of the rooms we were given was already occupied which could have been embarrassing if they had been in the room when went in. We returned to reception to let the receptionist know what had happened. She was most apologetic and had sorted a different room immediately.

"Disappointing "
After being recommended this hotel we received terrible service from the second we got there. Tried to check in and was kept waiting as receptionist rang round to see if rooms were ready. We got our key went up to the room to realise that we had been given a double room when I had paid for a premium room. Once in our actual room we found that we didn`t have the robe or slippers that should be provided which was rectified very quickly by housekeeping. We ordered breakfast to the room which when arrived was missing toast and the orange juice we had ordered. Once checking out they wanted to charge us £150 for a room upgrade from the double room to premium which was rectified after I showed them my booking confirmation. Safe to say won`t be coming back to Kenilworth.

"We where transferred from the Raddison Kenilworth to the Raddison Bloomsbury st "
We where given a room on the 5th floor at the rear of the hotel there was a constant noise from the large fans coming from the outside on the ground floor,Other issues as belowBreakfast plates wasn`t warmed up when you got to the table at breakfast the breakfast was cold.Coffee machine in the room was leaking water and the cup wouldn`t fit under the spoutWouldn`t want to pay full price as the hotel was very poor

The staff were fantastic from the minute we arrived. We had a complimentary room upgrade and a surprise birthday card and cake for my partner. The hotel was spotless the food, service,room,staff and location excellent!

Rooms are small but for a one night break it was acceptable. I came with my mum so it would of been better with twin beds. Room clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. Drinks very expensive.
