"OK stay"
This was a typical London hotel with the tiniest of rooms - so tiny you couldn`t walk past the bed to get to the window. The instructions for the lighting etc were on the wall where you couldn`t get across to read them. So whilst the room was comfortable and good value, the room was just too small so I would spend a bit more next time and get a bigger room.

This was a super little hotel. Nice and clean. Near the tube. Friendly staff. Easily walkable to the action! Loved our stay here.

Clean and tidy, excellent position a very short walk from the underground. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. However, although you can get tea and coffee in reception it would be better if you had coffee and tea making facilities in the room. Would definitely stay again.

Just 5 mins walk to Westminster bridge. Lovely clean room, friendly & helpful staff. Would definitely recommend & will soon be booking for our next trip to London

We was very disappointed with the hotel. First of all when we arrived to find out we was on the 6th floor and the lift only went to the 5th floor with a sarcastic comment by the receptionist that she didn`t design the building. When we opened the door to the room there was only a floor space of 30inches by 60inches. My wife had to sit o the corner of the bed whilst I got ready and vice versa. You could not walk down each side of the bed as it was squeezed in between the two walls. It was clever photography with mirrors to make the room look alot bigger. There was no tea and coffee facilities. It said it was a 7min walk where actually Google maps said it was a 29min walk . We was utterly disappointed.

Our stay at point a westminister was ideal. Slightly small room but all they was needed. Clean fresh room. Excellent location for transport links and access to attractions. All round good experience

"Worst hotel ever stay at"
On arrival at 12`o clock got told be e very rude receptionist that booking were after 3 pm which wasn`t on paper work so we went away to return after 3 in the rain when we return was then told room wasn`t ready for another 45 minutes then also told needed photo I`d which we did have as wasn`t on any paper that this was needed so after a time and eventually getting the room found room to be very very small with just a bed and I tv and not even a window. And with my wife suffering from Severe claustrophobia and could go in the room Let a lone sleep in it so in tears and my wedding anniversary ruined we went home We have book these packages before and stay in hotels which are not only close to venue at minim had windows and much more reasonably priced along with staff who were pleasant and helpful!

"Ridiculous sized room"
The hotel was clean and tidy but the room was tiny and had no window! The shower room was bigger than the bedroom. Wouldn`t stay there again.

I accidentally booked a wheelchair accessible room but it was spacious enough, nice shower. Tv, air con. Rooms are not big in general but clean and perfect for a nights sleep. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. 24 hour Costcutter shop across the way for anything you may need.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Above and beyond the call of duty we feel. I unfortunately left a bag of books from the National Gallery behind in our room as we had no room, I placed it in a gap at the end of the bed and missed it when checking the room for our return home.The room had everything in it you would require, except for room to get around. It was so smal that I and my 18 stone husband had difficulty moving around unless I sat on our bed. it was very noisy with alot of traffic noise externally even though we were on the 4th floor. Staff 10/10 Room 3/10.

"The strangest hotel I`ve ever stayed in."
My room was absolutely tiny, but by far, one of the coolest I`ve ever been in. Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. Would totally stay there again, and the pub, The Horse and Stable, was just as great. Go see Billy, great bartender.

"Thoroughly recommend"
Located right next to London Waterloo Station and the Imperial War Museum. Clean, neat, smart with no frills, but none needed. Pleasant check-in staff. Lots of eateries and things to see and do within easy walking distance. Really enjoyed our stay and it ticked all the boxes for a hotel at the budget end.

"Good location, modern small rooms"
As the description says, rooms are modern and compact, some without windows. Has coloured mood lighting settings. Comfortable bed, very clean en-suite shower. Though shower did take a long while to run hot. My room had no table/desk area, so tricky to use a laptop. No coffee/tea facilities in rooms, chargeable drinks from reception or from the Costa Coffee next door. Very convenient location for Westminster, right by Lambeth North tube and a short walk to Westminster Bridge. Great for the odd night, but rather small if you are staying several days.
