The room is very nice. Suitable for family and friends. Staff in the hotel are accommodating and friendly. Bed is neat and clean. Amenities and all basic needs are well organized. Will recommend this hotel for future travels.

Staff were very helpful and after the lift been out of order for the last two days we were there. We were moved from 4th floor to 1st which helped a great deal as I have mobility issues. Apart from that the location was good and the rooms adequate.

Enjoyed our trip . The hotel was cleaned ,modern and a short walk to the main stream . The staff were very helpful ,from booking taxis to suggesting good restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

The only negative the breakfast!! Some of the hot items were very dried up and overcooked.cold offering better.croissants need to be warm!! For the price the breakfast needs improvement.

First time in a Holiday Inn. Won`t be the last! Spacious clean room, refreshed daily with fresh towels and beds remade.Helpful friendly staff in all areas, from check in to check out, bar staff/night reception/restaurant staff, all happy,,smiley and had time to chat. Delicious daily breakfast included in our room rate. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Thank you all!

Some problems with room firstly the key wouldn`t work then, I had booked a double bed and was given 2 singles pushed together. No hair drier in room, and heating didn`t work. The reception staff dealt with these issues Ok ,but it didn`t make for a hassle free stay.
