What a great hotel in a great location, spacious modern room, we didn`t book breakfast but got extra points for water fountain in the foyer. The reception staff were lovely and welcoming, left our bags to go exploring before check in. would recommend to family and friends

"Lovely hotel great breakfast "
This hotel is very central in Russell Square. Stayed before abs he`s had a refurbishment. Beds very comfy and a modern bathroom. The okay issue we had was Piccadilly line on tube not running the weekend we stayed meaning a walk to Holborn- 10 mins but not too far.

"Mid-week London Break"
This is about the dusty time staying at President Hotel and although we enjoyed break the stay at this location wasn`t at its usual high standard. Normally have no issues but this occasion was a slight disappointment.Couple problems with key access to room (ended up changing) and had no joy in having heating in room sorted - no radiator working on probably the coldest week this year want good. Did report it on 2 occasions but still wasn`t repaired or issue resolved. Also we weren`t pre-warned about building site outside room which was rather noisy from 8am till late.Hotel is still in fab location and ran very well ? just wasn`t the usual comfortable stay we are accustomed to.

Lovely hotel. Staff very accommodating. Rooms were really comfortable. Meal in the restaurant reasonably priced and tasty. Plenty of choice for breakfast very relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely go again

Lovely hotel, but with some unfortunate downsides.Our room was lovely, but far too hot. We visited at the end of October. The heating in the room was turned off, the wndows were open, and a fan in the room running constantly. Still far too hot to sleep! Air conditioning would`ve been a godsend!Every member of staff we spoke to was incredibly helpful and polite. The customer service was fantastic.The breakfast cost £15.00, it was buffet style and could keep helping yourself. It saved buying lunch!We ate in the bar one night. I ordered the steak. It came with a choice of salad or skin on chips. I wasn`t asked a preference, was just given French fries. I thought for the price, I`d at least get home made chips. The steak was well done, when I`d asked for medium. This may have been rectified if we`d given them a chance, but we had tickets for a show and didn`t to be late.All in all, we had a lovely stay, mainly due to the lovely staff.

"Early Morning Noise."
Very noisy outside the hotel with construction constantly going on and recycle bins being used until 1am. Not conducive to a good night`s sleep.Great location though.

A clean and comfortable hotel, ideally suited within 15 minute walk from Euston Station. Rooms clean and tidy and hotel restaurant provided an ample choice for breakfast. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
