The location,cleanliness, friendliness and professionalism of the staff proved to be top-notch!There was a minor issue with the room initially but Maria on reception resolved the issue quickly to our satisfaction.The beds were also extremely comfortable.I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends,family & colleagues & won`t hesitate to stay again in the future.Thanks.

Excellent all round, our room was upgraded to a suite at no extra cost and was one of the best I have ever stayed in. Very well appointed and very clean. The staff were professional and helpful and the piece of birthday cake left in our room when we returned that evening was a very kind gesture - thank you. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel. Felt very welcome. Had a issue with the air con, but a trip to reception and was all sorted. They were very apologetic and up graded us to another room. The personal touch of leaving us a photo of the show we watched and a message on the back was very thoughtful and very much appreciated. Thank you. X
