Had an enjoyable 2 nights stay at this hotel.Great location,especially if you are travelling to and from Euston Station.Staff very professional and accommodating.Only negative was teas and coffee on short supply.

The staff, the location, the cleanliness were all exceptional. Our room was on the busy road side so it was quite noisy at night but it didn`t spoil it for us. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Overall a good hotel, family friendly and in a convenient location for London sightseeing Easy access for trains and buses.Good range for breakfast, would benefit from having chocolate spread and pancakes for children.Large room with all the amenities.

It was the first time that my wife and I stayed at the hotel. We enjoyed our four days. All staff were very polite and friendly in all areas of the hotel. I would recommend the hotel to other people and hopefully we will return in the future.

Even though the room has recently been upgraded, there were a few niggles. Poor lighting. Need a light over the full length mirror and an additional one over one of the beds. The shower was great apart from not being able to alter the direction of the shower rose, hard to shower in one position. Decoration very modern and appealing. Loved the contemporary corridor pictures, carpet and four palette.

Hotel is in a great area, close to all amenities/ tube/ restaurants etc . Great breakfast , rooms basic , but clean , towels changed every day . Back stair area could do perhaps a good clean / lots of cobwebs on the windows , but I would def stay here again

We luckily stayed in a twin room (which we chose being 2 female friends) the room was newly decorated clean with a nice walk in shower although it does have a step to enter the shower always hot water.Unfortunately 2 lifts were out of order leaving only 2 that were in use and it`s a rather large hotel !! A very busy hotel lots of people appear to be in the foyer. Some noise in the corridor at night with people talking walking to their room.I would stay here again it within walking distance to the underground and quite a few restaurants in walking distance.

Arrived at hotel to be advised we were getting a twin room. We had requested a double room. Hotel Direct don`t give you the option to choose your room type upon booking so this was frustrating. Hotel manager was not very helpful and just said the hotel was full and nothing they could do, they didn`t do anything to try and accommodate our request. It was a special trip for ministers 40th wedding anniversary so we were disappointed with the hotels customer service.

Pros: Downtown location, clean, lots of hot water, found the mattress comfortable.Cons: Worn, tired rooms and public areas; no air conditioning and window only opens 3" and doesn`t provide good ventilation. I would only book again in cooler months and only if looking for a budget hotel.

The hotel was easy to find and first impressions were very busy but well organised. The hotel was very clean and tidy, our room was small but again clean although the window outside let the room down as a liquid had been sprayed on it at some point. The room was warm but the radiator was easy to turn off , We requested a fridge ( for medicines) and after asking three times it was eventually brought to our room , The shower gell ,shampoo and hand wash were of lovely quality and a nice to have . House keeping was very good .,We decided to have breakfast in the hotel which was very good , plenty to choose from ,hot and served very well .

Everything ran smoothly check in good room clean and tidy.Ate in the London pub which wad ok reasonably priced Tanya who served us is an absolute sweetheart 10 out of 10 for her.
