"Hotel ideal for budget "
Ideal for a budget hotel, we used as visiting London for ABBA, which was close by. Easy to book through theatre breaks. Downstairs all newly decorated and looks clean and fresh. Check in was quick and easy, but did not make me feel welcome. Not offered breakfast or given any information about services etc. Nice size room, a bit shabby. The bedroom blackout curtain worked well, but had stains/marks on them. Bedroom carpet had marks on it. Small but functional bathroom, but the floor has stains/ white marks on it. Around the plugs needed a good clean. The door in and out of the bathroom was loud to open/close as not a turn handle but a push /pull. Shower rain very hot randomly.No nighttime noise which was good. Traffic noise minimal. When we left, a few staff around but noone said hello, good morning and we just left the cards in a reception box.
