Staff were so helpful and chatty. Remembered our names when passing reception and rooms and facilities were very good. Tea , coffee water etc all replenished every day and clean and sparkling when we returned at the end of the day. Beds very comfy, best nights sleep!!

"The customer is always WRONG!"
Good stay at a perfectly located hotel. Offered us an early check in to allow us some shopping time, before our 3pm check in time.When we checked out we were aggressively told that we had two rooms booked and as we were showing as a `no show` for the second room, we would have to pay!! After explaining that we only booked a triple room as part of our rail package break with Hotel Direct. I suggested the error was between themselves and possibly the tour operator.Instead of apologising and asking us to relax in the lounge whilst they checked.. £300 plus was demanded from me and copies of emails from HD to me before we were allowed to leave!!As quickly as the aggressive attitude started, it ended with a comment not to bother forwarding the emails and a thank you for staying with Thistle!!!There was NO apology for the embarrassment and delay. The lack of customer care and a full understanding of the English language didn`t end our Thistle experience well.

Which was a great start! She as informative and welcomed us back after the show. Comfy beds, clean . Didn`t need anything else. Bathroom is a bit dated but otherwise brilliant. Great water pressure!

Having stayed at another Thistle hotel in london which was very poor, this hotel was a breath of fresh air! Amazing rooms/ comfort and very peaceful . Would highly reccomend

"Exeptional value for money and fantastic location."
We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at the Thistle Park Lane. The location is fantastic, with Marble Arch tube station one minutes walk away and Oxford Street and Hyde Park so close by. The staff on reception were very helpful and we were very happy having breakfast at the Hotel Cumberland next door. Overall very pleased with our stay and would recommend and return.
