Breakfast was lovely, but we had to ask for everything, coffee, bread for toast, butter. Morec ould have been done when we discovered that our room was already booked. We had traipsed up to the 5th floor, then back down, then back up. Customer service is alll about going the extra mile, surely? We have stayed in Crowne Plaza hotels before and they have been superb. this stay was disappointing

The service was excellent from check in to leaving the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Bar snacks were good and the choice of food at breakfast was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to others and would certainly consider staying there next time I stay in London.

The staff were polite and sociable and without that awful mechanical `have a nice day` attitude. My only criticism was that the room was too hot at night (we Brits still like our freezing bedrooms).

I hvae not unitl today though used the restaurant, but will do so from now on! It is very clean and smart and has a great view of the City as the 7th floor is higher than all other buildings in the vicinity. The breakfast was excellent too, with a wide choice.

On entering the spacious marble surroundings we were greeted by warm, friendly and polite staff. With a swift check-in and onto the fourth floor via lift, we walked along a short, well sign posted corridor admiring the hugh paintings on both walls. The double room was spotless with hugh windows and the bathroom was bright and modernly decorated. Free Internet access and cable TV were available.Our full (inclusive) English breakfast was served between 7:00am and 11.30am giving you ample time to catch up on that late night. There was a selection of fruit, hot fried breakfast and a healthy serving of continental muffins, croissants etc... All with a roof top view of London from the 7th floor of the hotel.This was an excellent choice of hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone and certainly stay there again.
