"Location not bad hotel let down by inefficient staff "
there for 1 night booked executive room for 3 adults.1st room 15th floor small queen size double no third bed, was told lt would arrive I pointed out no room for 3rd bed was told all executive rooms same size. Went out 3rd bed didnt arrive asked member of staff to accompany me to room couldn`t work out where bedwould go without causing a hazard. Moved to 11th floor not much bigger and no 3rd bed complained spending too much time organising sleeping arrangements was moved to 14th floor ,good size room king size bed and bed setee room had not been cleaned mattress cover and sheet hairy ,content of mini bar depleted only cups/mugs for 2 suspect lose tobacco in draw . Disturbed night sleep very noisy. Corridors and lifts in semi darkness didn`t disguise dirty carpets. Shower area gruby,Breakfast ok very unorganised no plates,bar very expensive, couldn`t recommend this hotel missed the mark on so many occasions only stayed one night but had to move twice think that says it sll

When we got here they had made an error with our room but it was resolved straight away and we were upgraded to a suite at no extra charge. The staff were very friendly and efficient too. The room was spotless and well equipped. I would stay here again.

This is the 2nd stay at the hotel of which I think the changes made to the lobby are fantastic next time would like a room with river view as both stays we have had a less then desirable views or at least offered the chance to change/upgrade where possible

Good location. 5 mins walk to Vauxhaul station. There`s no parking at the hotel, but we found underground parking about 3 mins away, but we had to book in advance. It was at the Accor hotel on Lambeth Road

Booked for my husbands birthday, excellent service, room, breakfast etc. Hotel even gave us a bottle of prosecco to help celebrate, highly recommend staying here.

If there was a very good category then this hotel would fit that. Relatively easy to get to via the Victoria line to Vauxhall, then with in a gentle walk to Westminster Pier or if you are okay then a walk along the Embankment round to Tate Modern, it took us 40 minutes. Staff were attentive, the room was very good, the bathroom very clean and well appointed. Breakfast was the only slight let down. They serve this on the first floor with superb views of the river and Westminster but the tables are low and for anyone tall it is uncomfortable. The cooked breakfast was not quite warm enough and they were slow to replenish the milk and orange juice. The serving staff were very efficient, they even cleared our plates by mistake when we had gone for the pastries!!

My fathers 60th birthday surprise and you were able to provide complimentary sparkling wine and chocolates on request which was a lovely touch, the only niggle was that the shower could do with retiling and the grout was a mouldy and a little off putting. Otherwise we visit the hotel every year and is always an enjoyable experience.

"Great location, very nice appearance."
Very nice location, 5 min walk from Vauxhall tube right on the Thames. Our first room wasn`t very clean and had a terrible view of other rooms and the ventilation system, we asked to be moved and did so with no problem to a nicer room with a small view of the Thames. Comfortable rooms, quite basic but everything you need. Breakfast was lovely, staff very friendly and helpful and I think we would stay here again providing we had a decent view room.

Both my wife and I would like to thank you and your staff for making our 50th Wedding Anniversary such a memorable occasion. Your staff were ALL very helpful, nothing was too much for them and the fact that you not only `upgraded` our room but you also were thoughtful enough to provide us with a complementary bottle of wine but also a greeting card.
