| Guest rating:   | 8/5/2008 | | "needs a general tidy up" | | | | there was a problem about checking in the systems were down, the walls looked as if they needed repainting a little but i understand it must be hard to keep the walls white with the amount of people you have passing through and the last thing is our room and the hallways smelt a little of smoke which was a little uncomfortable but overall the hotel is very nice and staff were helpful.

| | | Guest rating: | 21/4/2008 | | "o my god,this hotel needs up dating ,big tim e" | | | | thought the whole experience hideous ,the whole thing was an 80`s mistake ,dirty walls,cracked bathroom floors,dreadful bar area ,this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel ,it is not .the lifts were something from a bad nightclub,very very shabby ,will never ever stay ther again,the bedroom obvuisly looked 15 years ago ,a four poster from Ikea maybe ??

The hotel itself was acceptable, but we had a few issues. Not least were the surprisingly thin walls which meant that we could hear our neighbours snoring and/or arguing. We were also surprised to find that our non-smoking room seemed to have been recently smoked in. The hotel did not match our expected high standard, and we would not return for a second visit.
