"Had a wonderful time!"

This was my third visit to The Savoy and the hotel and all the the staff certainly lived up to my expectations. Our room was perfect and the sevice we recieved was truly excellent. Thank you I shall certainly be returning.

"Treat yourself to a stay at the Savoy....it is truly fantastic!"

From the moment we arrived at the hotel the service was brilliant. I would recommend anybody to treat themselves to a night at the Savoy.

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience, beautiful accommodation, delicious food, excellent service, our every whim catered for. Altogether very classy with prices to match. Would love to stay there again.

"Like steping back in time.. timeless elegance"

From setting foot in the hotel you are made to feel special. We used the American cocktail bar and ate in the Savoy Grill, both were exceptional, I particualrly enjoyed the piano music in the bar. The only improvment I would like to see is the spa area It is lacking the true relaxed atmosphere and experience you get from top hotel spa`s.

"Not as good as we had expected from a 5 star hotel"

Room very comfortable, but extremely small. No tea making facilities in the room. American bar staff inefficient. Breakfast was a redeeming factor.

"AMAZING TRULY MEMORABLE WE FELT LIKE ROYALTY"

I cannot believe how wonderful our stay at the Savoy Hotel was. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The staff were so courteous our room was truly amazing and was perfect in every way. The decor of the hotel is breathtaking and the whole experience was a dream come true. I would love to stay there again and I am going to make sure I do some day. The Savoy Hotel is the ultimate experience of sheer luxury and I LOVED IT !!!

"Great hotel with excellent friendly staff"

Had a great time at the Savoy and the staff are lovely and unfussy. We also had a few cocktails-the American Bar is excellent- and a fabulous meal at the Grill. Thank you.
