"Good Qulaity at affordable price for Leeds City Centre"

Room was nice and modern, clean with good facilities....only very slight niggle was poor tv reception. I would stay again, no hesitation as food was also more than acceptable

We satyed here as a base for christmas shopping and it was excellent. Central location close to shops and restaurants and good service. Thank you.

"SHABBY INTERIOR"

The receptionist was not English. Her language skills were good but I found it difficult to fully understand her as she spoke so quickly and had an accent. The room was adequate but shocked to find the TV cabinates veneer was peeling and in some areas removed. The shower room was OK but the sink took an age to empty. On the area where the lifts were on our floor we were met by hard board covering a whole wall. The air conditioner was very loud. The room was dark and the lighting was inadequate. We did not stay for the "full English" breakfast but the receptionist who I informed at our departure did notnot indicate when I was to receive my refund.

"a little dissapointing"

room clean and well appointed, bed was ok but not of the standard i would expect from a quality hotel.The room we had was directly opposite the indoor Light shopping and restaurant complex which was very noisy until around 1am even though there was secondary glazing. General hotel was stylish but felt rather cold and a little unwelcoming.On arrival the hotel had not record of our booking even thought i had a receipt. I was then told hotel was full and after the hotel manager intervened a room was found that required a credit card swipe to gaurantee. next day hotel admitted it was their error but were not that accomodating.Overall not a great experience

"Nice environment, poor service"

On arrival and departure, staff at reception were very polite and professional. Breakfast staff were quite abrupt and disorganised. Tables were not cleared and our waitress brought us the wrong drinks. The room was lovely and spacious but very cold indeed, and putting on the heating made a lot of noise. The room was exceptionally clean though with good storage space and facilities.

"Good hotel enjoyed our stay. Staff friendly and helpful"

Comment on our room; nice and well fitted,however, the shower was inadequate as was the room temperature setting. Contrary to the hotel room information guide,the heating information did not say how one should work the system.

The room was beautiful and the facilities provided excellent. However, the bed sunk in the middle and gave a very bad night sleep!! The room which was billed as `non smoking` smelt of stale smoke, requiring the purchase of scented candles. Also the toilet paper is very cheap, which we found odd for such an otherwise luxurious accommodation.!

We normaly stay at the city-inn when we travel to Leeds, but this time we thought that we would give the Radison a try. Overall we was disapointed it was equal to the Novatel but a lot more Exspensive. Would we rush back.... No. Would we stay there again.... yes. but only if the City-inn was full.. IAN

"Fantastic location in the heart of Leeds - easy to find and close to great shopping and eating!"

Parking @ The Light was easy, but more than £5 discount for hours parking would make it better.Hotel bar closed relatively early at 11:30.All staff were friendly and helpful and room was nice, but could have been cleaner!

"Comfortable hotel and staff helpful but not enough of them"

The room was comfortable and the staff were helpful. However, there did not seem to be enough staff for the size of the hotel. Didn`t appreciate it when the cleaner woke us up at 8 am to gain access to the room to clean it!

Excellent Breakfast. usual gripes that there were defective light bulbs in the room and there were not enough tea/coffee & sugar supplies. We had to search for our room 443 as it was not signposted on the signes outside the lift.

"Best hotel in Leeds"

Usually stay at the Marriott at Leeds but decided on a change this time and booked into Radisson. Very nice hotel, room was excellent, very nice breakfast and the hotel location is very good.

"Although rooms are of a high standard we do not like the rooms with column in centre and beds set a."

Breakfast food was excellent but table service hap - hazard. We had coffee, tea and cutlery removed untouched while we were at breafast bar for second course. Head waitress was offhand. Bar staff were friendly and efficient.

"Good value for money, Excellent location, Very poor lighting in room"

The only problem we had was that some of the bulbs weren`t working in the room so trying to get ready in semi darkness was difficult. The manager did bring a replacement light though which helped. Otherwise a great hotel.

"Lovely room, friendly staff, good breakfast."

We stayed two nights at the Radisson, Leeds, our second stay within a year. As before the room, staff and food were excellent. However, the drinks were very expensive - £8.50 for a glass of Sauvignon Blanc is pretty extortionate, the Chardonnay was `only` £6.50. Will be aware for future visits!The hotel is very central and ideal for the Grand Theatre, and the main shopping streets.

"Top class hotel in the heart of Leeds"

Fantastic! Friendly staff, extremely helpful. A very modern and confortable room with all of the mod cons you would expect. The building itself is stunning, set as part of The Light centre. The breakfast was exceptional. Worth every penny. I cannot praise high enough and will definitely make it my hotel of choice to stay in in Leeds again.

The Radisson is an excellent city centre hotel very close to the art gallery and Town Hall. It is only a short walk to the main shops and to the university. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. the breakfast choice is good and the staff friendly and polite. The only negative is the slightly noisy air conditioning and we could not find a way of switching it off.

"reception desk slow and inefficient,booking lost in computer,wrong rooms allocated.."

one room cold ,air conditioning seemed stuck on.Same room half of lights not working ,informed desk on leavinng. Mistakes in charges levied on extras (not taken) No sherry of any kind in the bar.
