"Lovely hotel but in the middle of nowhere."
Bus in to Dublin City from right outside the door but it does take a good 45 minutes however parking in the city was a nightmare so we used it. Pretty handy spot for the airport but little else. We had an average room on our first 2 nights and when we returned for another night at the end of our week our room was absolutely superb. What a pity we didn`t have the same quality room on both occasions. The difference between rooms 516 and 506 on the same floor was astonishing! We enjoyed our bar food very much, also the fresh fruit at breakfast but the hot food was terrible. Luke warm and dried up. Must have been cooked during the night and kept warm for too many hours.

"Great hotel. Lovely welcome at reception."
Hotel room was great. It had a full size bath and a large separate shower which was a nice bonus. We ate in the bar and the food was good. Service was alright but I wasn`t very impressed when after our main course we weren`t even offered a desert menu or coffee!! Not a major complaint but something I think the hotel should address...

"Lack of staff was obvious"
Arrived for bar food about ten minutes before ten to be told they were finished. Had to organise a take away into the hotel. Tables were not cleaned off until later on in the night simply because the staff that were on were under pressure.

"great hotel"
We stayed for one night and had a communion meal for my son. The meal was lovely and hotel provided the kids with pick & mix sweets outside. We were fortunate with the weather and sat in the lovely garden by the restaurant for the evening The staff were very efficient at reception and in the restaurant. We were very satisfied with the room and what fantastic bathroom, not many hotels offer a bath and shower nowadays. The place was spotless. The only problem we encountered was one of the lifts was out of order which caused a bit of a delay every time we needed to go to our room...and that was the only issue we had! Highly recommend it :)

"Staff are very friendly and helpful"
Room was lovely, had everything we needed. Only thing that let it down was the stains on the carpet. Bathroom was immaculate and bed was very comfy. Staff were always willing to help and were very friendly. Would definitely go back and would recommend.

"Friendly modern hotel near Dublin Airport"
This is a hotel suitable for business, events and short stays. It is new and modern. Super roomy bedrooms with excelent bathrooms and spacious showers. I enjoyed good 2 breakfasts and one evening meal. Pleasant service and good food. It is about 20 mins drive to the airport, mostly along motorways, and far enough away to avoid aircraft noise.

"Nice but a few improvements required "
Public toilets need to be cleaned, it was a nice hotel, bit out of the way from the town (45 min bus journey) but that is Westlife`s fault. The staff were nice and helpful, just a few niggles with room, the bed was broken, air conditioning broken and the plug by the mirror was hanging off. AMAZING shower though. Would stay again though
Really nice hotel very helpf...
