"Checkout took over 15 minutes which is not acceptable"
All facilities in the hotel as expected and very good, staff friendly, breakfast excellent but it is not acceptable to have to stand in line for more than 15 minutes to checkout.

"Hotel charged 20euro extra for a booking it got wrong."
Booked a non smoking room, proof of which is on my email, but on arrival were booked in to a smoking room which had the most offensive stench of stale tobacco imaginable. We were told the only availability was to pay extra. Most disappointing.

"I enjoyed my stay and most aspects were good, but I had to ask for soap, no shower cap offered."
I would use Bewleys again and have done so in the past but feel the standard is slipping slightly

"The twin room was equipped for one - both nights"
The breakfast was excellent, the staff very pleasant, the evening meal nice but problems at desk in restaurant to pay for meal. The twin room that was booked had towels for one on each day, even though the Hotel reception was advised. Each night we had to request towels. The tea had coffee /tea for one and the request to reception to advise 2 were in the room had no follow through.

"spacious clean room, helpful staff and great value for money"
just off M50, but only a few minutes walk from a Luas tram stop meaning that you can leave you car in the car park and use the tram into city centre

The only problem for us was parking. No spaces in the car park for ages. It was hard to get rid of the car. Also a smell of smoke in the room. Other than that all was fine and we would stay again.
