"Little touches of luxury. "
We received a warm welcome for our three night stay in August. A great location for all amenities and amazing views over the river day and night. The room was comfy and spacious and we loved having a fridge. The breakfast buffet was lavish and we enjoyed the freedom to choose. The only negative point was having to wait so long to get in the dining room whilst the waitress saw to customers wanting to pay cash. Fortunately the family behind us in the queue were brave enough to use her highlighter pen whilst she was gone to check us in!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Extremely nice staff. Stayed in room 113 it was a nice size with a lovely view of the river, the beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom was very nice with a nice powerful shower and great White fluffy towels - would definitely stay again.

"Xmas Break in Newcastle"
Stayed here for 2 nights. Stayed in a Suite on the 1st floor - the room itself was very spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need for a few days away. The beds are super comfy, and the shower was excellent too. Breakfast was a wee bit hit and miss. On the first morning, it was excellent. Second morning, the trays containing the `hot food` - most lay empty for at least 20 minutes. They were eventually replenished. Cannot complain about the quality of the food though, it was tasty and hot. On a final note, we had a few drinks in the hotel on both evenings. The young barman was kind enough to change the channel on the TV`s to allow us to watch the World Championship Darts. Did not manage to get his name, but we were grateful.
