Getting there:

FROM BASILDON RAILWAY STATION: Exit the station and turn left onto Roundacre. Take the 3rd exit at the roundabout and the 1st exit at the next onto Upper Mayne. Follow until the next roundabout and take the 3rd exit onto Cranes Farm then the 2nd exit at the next to stay on this road. At the final roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Festival Way and then turn left onto Festival Link. Continue onto Waterfront Walk, turn left and the hotel will be on the right.
