Getting there:BY TRAIN: from Glasgow Central Station turn left onto Wellington Street. After around 300m turn right onto Argyle Street. After around 500m, turn left onto Jamaica Street. At the next set of traffic lights turn left onto Clyde Street. After around 200m, turn left into Stockwell Street.

BY SUBWAY: Nearest station is St Enoch. Turn left on Clyde Street, walk for 0.2km and turn left onto Stockwell Street. Hotel is on your left.
BY CAR: From M74 follow signposts for M8 Glasgow Airport/City Centre. Exit Juction 15 (Cathedral). Continue along Cathedral Street, turn left at traffic lights into Montrose Street. Go straight through the traffic lights at the base of the hill then take second turning right onto Ingram Street. At traffic lights turn left onto Glassford Street. Continue for 0.3 miles, hotel is on right at corner of Clyde Street.

It`s my first time using this hotel group and would always nine look to use this hotel ahead of others hotels.very clean hotel with everything you need and so friendly staff that are a credit to the company.

I was in room105 no heating. I did report on both nights and was given a heater. Lamp broken, no room service this room needs updating. My travel companion had room 103 no heating. Why are the rooms not checked before allocating.

Yes, as I say above ,a very enjoyable overnight stay indeed.  The rooms were spotless, and the staff were polite, helpful and attentive.  A nice little area to enjoy a refreshment, and the breakfast next morning had plenty of choice, and once again in a nice eating area.  The Inn is situated in a great spot , right on the River Clyde, and handy for Restaurants and shops and Pubs, what more could you want. My daughter and myself especially liked the observation points at the end of each floor corridor, good views.

From the booking with HOTEL DIRECT everything was just perfect, our train tickets arrived by post giving all train times when we had to make 2 changes getting to our destination.
The Holiday Inn Express Riverside Glasgow. As we entered the reception area our first impression of the Hotel was quite impressive. Our bedroom was spotless and was kept that way throughout our 5 day stay.
The breakfast was well presented fresh and hot, with plenty of choice.
All the staff were pleasant and always very helpful.
Would we stay here again, without a doubt!
Glasgow is a beautiful city, well worth the visit.
