"Great location for price"
The hotel is a small boutique hotel close to the Moulin Rouge district. I would reccomend staying there if you are on a budget, or in town for a few days only. Not ideal for a family but we stayed two females and felt super safe. There was construction so it was loud and also there is a school and during recess if gets VERY loud. It was a real Parisian neighborhood. VERY close to Eiffel Tower and the Arc.

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!"
The worst hotel I have stayed in over 25 years. Forget the `photo`s/web site - this hotel looks nothing like these in reality. Not a penny has been spent on this hotel for 30 years - it looks like it is falling apart - shabby, dirty and everything is broken. Tiny reception and no guest lounge. I stayed in Room 602 - a tiny attic room where it was almost impossible to stand upright, no wardrobe - only a rail on a wall, no drawers at all to put away clothes, the paint on the window surrounds were thick with dirt, the shower had NO water pressure and stopped completely everytime some other guest flushed the loo and the noise was so bad from the extremely noisy main road I had to buy ear plugs to get to sleep. I know hotel rooms in Paris are very small and expensive, but £150 a night for this !!!!! Only positive comment I can make is that all the hotel staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. However, this is a dreadful quality hotel and vastly overpriced. Avoid.

"I want my money back please!"
The above hotel from your recommendations list. We arrived there and were incredibly disappointed at the level of uncleanliness, my partner actually broke down in tears upon our arrival. We tried to telephone your company several times whilst we were still at the hotel but we could not get through to anyone. We even asked the hotelier to try to contact you but he said he was unable to. We have luckily managed to find alterative accomodation for one night only but we still have to spend tomorrow looking for somewhere else to stay, leaving us little time to actually experience Paris and costing us our spending money. We would therefore like a refund of some description. We believe we were greatly mis-sold the quality of this hotel

"Really comfortable convinient hotel very near Place Clichy metro"
Excellent Hotel really good site lovely room (501) top floor, Only very small breakfast room was a let down very cramped seats unaccessable on some tables, We shared a table with a very rude Portugese couple who gave us the look off thunder because we dared to sit at their table even after being told to sit their by the staff? only this incident marred a lovely hotel, It is situated only 1/2 a mile from main Paris shops which is down from the hotel in a straight line or 1 stop on the metro, Plenty of restaurants, Cafes, cinemas within a few minutes walk and we would definitley stay thier again but would get breakfast outside rather than face the small basement room. ps hotel transfer to CDG airport at 34 euros for two people was on time and right to the door we would recomend this service every time (Navette) .
Really comfortable convinien...
