Alternatively the National Trust`s Saltram House and Gardens can be reached in under 10 minutes by car.

Getting there:

BY ROAD: From M5 continue onto Devon Expressway/A38 following signs for Plymouth/Torquay/A380. Continue to follow A38 for approximately 35 miles and take the B3413 exit. At the roundabout take the 4th exit onto Longbridge Road, after 0.3 miles turn right and then almost immediately right again and the hotel will be on the right.
