Getting there:
BY TUBE: The nearest underground station is West Kensington on the district line. From West Kensington Underground Station turn right and head onto North End Rd/B317. Follow the road round and then turn right onto North End Crescent and continue straight ahead onto Matheson Road. We are the white building on the corner.
BY CAR: Follow the M4 towards London and then continue onto Great West Road/A4, at Hogarth Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Great West Road Chiswick/A4 and then turn left onto North End Road/B317. Next turn right onto North End Crescent and continue to follow this road until it becomes Matheson Road and the hotel will be ahead on the left hand side.

"Very small rooms"
Hotel was fine service was good, but room was really really tiny! A larger person would not have fitted in the toiley.

"No Shower, not great customer service"
Unfortunately encountered a problem with our shower not working, we reported on the Saturday morning at 10 but on the Saturday evening there was still nothing, upon reporting again the young lady on the desk immediately said that there was nowhere to move to, I dint want to move just wanted a working shower as had been out in the rain all day, I explained this and she became quite defensive explaining that I could check online if I didn`t believe that they were full booked, I explained that I didn`t disbelieve her, rather I just wanted the shower fixed. The lady explained that the maintenance team don`t work weekends and there was nothing she could do but I could complain when I got home. Not at all the resolution I wanted, I dint want to complain, as it stood we were unable to shower before going to a show and had to do a basin wash. Very Disappointed.

"A little Hidden Gem"
We booked a family room, although the bathroom wasn`t the biggest it was fully functional and the room was clean and comfy. The staff were welcoming and ample local parking we would definitely return.

"Won`t stay again. "
Upon check in there was staff training one lady called me over to check in the other said wait a minute. Had to then wait ten minutes to be checked in when what looked like 3 receptionists was all avaliable. The room wasn`t exactly the best could do with a hell of a refurb. But that`s just my opinion will not be returning was more like a bedsit then a hotel.

A clean, quiet and nice hotel. Easily reached by foot from the Tube. Nice area, leafy street. The room was small but adequate, very clean and fresh. The toiletries provided were of a good quality and easily used in the shower and basin. Overall a good hotel for the money. I would stay there again.
