Getting there:

BY RAIL: From Manchester Piccadilly turn right out of the station and follow the road to the first set of traffic lights, turn left into Portland Street. Head to the end of Portland Street and at the junction go straight ahead into Great Bridgewater Street. Leonardo Hotel Manchester Central is on the left-hand side at the end of the street.
BY CAR: From the North follow road signs for the M56 - Manchester. The M56 becomes the A5103 heading for the city centre. This continues on for approximately 4 miles until you reach the Roundabout at the end of the A5103. Take the second exit, signposted City Centre. At the first set of traffic lights go straight ahead and at the second set of traffic lights turn right onto Great Bridgewater Street.
