Getting there:BY TRAIN:From Central Newcastle Train Station the hotel is a 4 minute walk, turn left our of station and keep left through the plaza of the Centre for Life, the hotel is directly opposite. 

BY CAR: Travel along the A1 follow signs to city centre, turn left on to Scotswood Road, the hotel is on the left.

"Convenient Hotel for Newcastle Centre"
The Hotel is a short walk from the Train Station and Newcastle Centre. We stayed on the seventh floor and lifts were available apart from our first morning when there had been a power cut.
We paid for breakfast for our first morning but unfortunately the cooked breakfast wasn`t very good.  The bacon was floating in grease, the eggs were hardly cooked and extremely runny which isn`t to everyone`s taste.  We were unable to have tea or coffee as the machine didn`t seem to be working.  I felt for Â£25 it was very disappointing, after our long trip up to Newcastle from Plymouth we were looking forward to starting our day with a good breakfast, I wouldn`t bother again.

"Food burnt and room unclean"
Burnt food was served to my daughter for her dinner. Chips and chicken were all burnt. Toilet are not clean. Would not recommend

Very good hotel, helpful and friendly staff, I travelled alone and was made to feel very welcome and didn`t feel uncomfortable.  Would stay again.

Best hotel stay , very central , first class Breakfast , great for seeing gigs /shows at Metro Arena or shopping , shower was bliss ......Will Definitely be back .  Reasonable price

This was our second stay at this hotel and I must say I would recommend it to anyone.  The rooms are immaculate and the breakfast is excellent.  Will definitely be returning.
