Getting there:ON FOOT: From Train Waverley Station: Exit Waverley Station via Market Street, cross the road onto Jeffrey Street and the hotel is 100 yards up on the right hand side, number 43. This is a 5 minute walk.

"Lovely friendly staff"
Every member of staff we have dealt with has been very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stop here again if we are ever in Edinburgh.

"View of ongoing construction site from room window. Noisy!!!!"
Ongoing construction site which not made aware of when booked and at check in. Very noisy between 8 and 17:30. Male receptionist at check in and out was not personable and quite rude when I inquired about parking discount as advised by Hotel Direct. Quite dismissive when raised the point about construction and noise.
Breakfast team in restaurant compensated for this. Very personable and attentive. Breakfast very high standard.

Had a great time, room was lovely with everything we needed. Lovely central location. 
Staff were knowledgeable and helpful.
Would recommend to anyone who is planning a visit to Edinburgh.

"Great location"
Hotel is in a great location, just behind the Royal Mile. Lovely and clean, friendly and helpful staff.
Initially we were given a small room which overlooked a building site, spoke to reception and we were moved to a much better room with a view to the front of the hotel. Not the most picturesque spot for views from your room, but great location for getting to all the sites and station.

This is a delightful hotel so close to Waverley Station with friendly helpful staff. The rooms are very nicely presented with comfortable warm beds. Everything you need, cannot find any fault.

"A super, centrally located hotel, close to Waverley Stn. and just a few steps from The Royal Mile."
The exterior of Jurys Inn is bland and uninviting, but don`t let that put you off.  The room we had was large and recently refurbished by the look of it.  King sized bed was very comfortable and the en suite had a lovely walk in shower.  We were on a rail / hotel deal on a room only basis. The room was impressive and the central location of the hotel was brilliant.  We would thoroughly recommend Jurys Inn to anyone who wants classy accommodation right in the middle of town.  The staff were helpful and polite too.  A super place to stay.
