Winchester Railway Station is less than 15 minutes walk away and University of Winchester is 10 minutes on foot. This central location means that guests are within easy walking distance of the many restaurants, bars and shops. Many of these are within ancient buildings that have been preserved to retain their original features. Visitors wishing to explore the local area can take a tour of the Bombay Sapphire Gin Distillery which is 15 miles, 25 minutes drive away. Southampton is just 12 miles away and Portsmouth is less than 30 miles.

Getting there:

BY TRAIN: From Winchester Railway Station exit onto Station Road and then continue onto Station Hill. Make a slight right onto City Road and after 0.1 miles turn right onto Jewry Street. After a further 0.2 miles turn left onto High Street, continue for 0.3 miles and the turn right onto Colebrook Street. The hotel will be on the right on Paternoster Row.
BY CAR: From the M3 exit at junction 9 and exit towards Easton Lane. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Easton Lane. After 0.3 miles at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on Easton Lane. After 0.8 miles Easton Lane turns left and becomes Union Street. Continue to follow this route for 0.3 miles and at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto The Broadway. Turn left onto Colebrook Street and the hotel will be on the right on Paternoster Row.
