"Excellent place to stay"
Very comfortable bed which is always important. Great multiple choice breakfast. Staff polite and helpful. Only drawback is its distance from Kings Cross station..so leave plenty of time to catch your train home. Nevertheless would definitely stay there again.

All the staff were very friendly.
Breakfast choices very good.
Room was comfortable,only gripe, toilet flush not the easiest to use.
And the other gripe was the 10% discretionary service charge at the bar which we were not made aware of until after we had bought a bottle of wine,so Â£30 became Â£33.We stood at bar purchased said wine and got stung an extra 3 quid!

Arrived at the hotel to be told we had a free upgrade which was brilliant. Our stay was amazing such friendly and helpful staff made our time at the Millennium amazing. Lovely rooms and the food at the Copthorne was first class.

In Millennium Hotel. Room a bit tired and very warm. Aircon not working properly. Reported but no outcome. Breakfast and location superb

"Comfortable"
Room very comfortable the only criticism would be the very large crack in the bathroom basin, a little off putting as I`m sure it isn`t very hygienic. Staff very pleasant and a lovely choice of food at breakfast. Would recommend.
