There are 98 elegantly decorated rooms at The 4* Francis Hotel, from cosy classic rooms to standout feature rooms with excellent views of the city. All have modern ensuite bathrooms with complimentary toiletries, free Wi-Fi, tea & coffee making facilities and flat screen TVs. Guests can dine at the Boho Marché for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, terrace dining and dinner throughout the day. They boast a new brasserie menu including French favourites such as moules-frites and confit of duck cassoulet. Ask the team to mix your favourite cocktail for a relaxing evening drink on the restaurant`s terrace overlooking Queen Square. PLEASE NOTE: During 2024 there is scaffolding along the hotel exterior during refurbishment work. There is some interior work to refresh rooms which is not expected to impact guests.

This hotel opened in 1858, making it a Grade I building rich with a history of hospitality. Guests staying here are certain to enjoy the comforts of the modern day furnishings surrounded by the Georgian architecture the hotel boasts. The city of Bath is home to many wonderful sightseeing opportunities and the elegant shopping and culinary centre. Taking a 6-minute stroll from the hotel, guests can visit the famous Roman Baths, or, if theatre is more their style, the Theatre Royal Bath is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel`s doorstep.

From Bath Spa Station: Walk west towards Brunel Square and turn left onto Dorchester St. Continue for 0.1 mi and then turn right onto Southgate St. Continue onto St James` Parade and turn right onto Westgate Buildings. There is a slight left that becomes Monmouth St and after 443 ft, turn right onto Princes St. Turn right again onto Queen Square and the hotel is on the right.
