The popular Langham & Conservatory Restaurant offers an extensive menu for lunch and dinner, booking is essential. Guest can also enjoy the hotel`s Grand Afternoon Tea which is served in the Conservatory from 3pm-5pm, which also has Prosecco and Champagne options. Situated on Eastbourne`s Royal Parade, the 4* Langham Hotel is housed in a parade of converted town houses overlooking the seafront. The hotel is just 10 minutes walk from Eastbourne`s 300m pier along the Grand Parade which has cafes and a traditional arcade. Eastbourne also has 3 miles of award-winning beaches to stroll along and enjoy the sea air. Visitors wishing to travel further afield can enjoy a day on the South Downs which is approximately 35 miles from Eastbourne.

Getting there:

BY ROAD: From the M25 Junction 7 use the left-hand lanes to take the M23(S) exit to Brighton/Crawley/Gatwick. After 1 mile merge onto the M23 and after 14 miles continue onto the A23. After approximately 16 miles use the left-hand lanes to turn slightly left. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A27 slip road to Lewes/Newhaven and merge onto the A27. After 5.8 miles at the roundabout take the 2nd exit to stay on the A27. After 2 miles at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit and stay on the A27. At Beddingham Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A26. After 4.4 miles make a slight left onto B2109 and then at the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Seaford Rd/A259. Continue to follow this route and then at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Clinton Place/A259 and after 6.4 miles turn right onto Warren Hill/B2103. Continue on to Beachy Head Rd and keep left to stay on this road. After 0.6 miles continue onto Meads Rd and then make a right onto St John?s Rd. After 0.6 miles make a slight left onto S Cliff and then turn left onto King Edward?s Parade/B2103. Continue to follow B2103 onto Grande Parade and the hotel will be on your left.

Car Parking:

8 onsite parking spaces which must be pre-booked, charged at £9 per night. The hotel also have access to an off-site car park which should also be pre-reserved at a cost of £8 per night. Cars can pull up outside the hotel in their loading bay for 10 minutes to unload bags.
