Hotel Direct have secured premium Level 1, Block 118 seats for Billy Joel's eagerly anticipated return to the UK at Wembley Stadium on Saturday 10th 2016.

Legendary musician Billy Joel will be rock 'n' rolling into the capital for a one-off show at Wembley Stadium for his only UK appearance in 2016. This will be the "Piano Man's" debut performance at the vast Wembley Stadium, with the special show marking his first return to the country since 2013.

The American music icon and 'Uptown Girl' hero will be celebrating his biggest hits including "We Didn't Start The Fire" as well as a selection of tracks from all eras of his celebrated career that has spanned over four decades.

A brief history of Billy Joel
Since releasing his first hit record "Piano Man", in 1973, Billy Joel has gone on to become one of the most popular recording artists in history, having sold 150 million records in the past quarter century. The multi-talented singer, songwriter and composer is ranked as the sixth best-selling recording artist of all time, the third best-selling solo artist and is one of the highest grossing touring artists in the world.

December 2013 saw Joel become Manhattan's famous arena, Madison Square Garden's first ever music franchise where his tour took up a monthly residency. He joins the ranks of the venue's other original sporting franchises that include The New York Knicks, Liberty and Rangers.

In November 2014, Billy Joel was the recipient of both The Library of Congress Gershwin prize for Popular Song and the once-in-a-century ASCAP Centennial Award, which is presented to American music icons in recognition for their incomparable accomplishments in music and beyond. Amongst many other awards The Bronx born star has received over the years, Joel is a six-time Grammy Award winner, having been nominated a staggering 23 times to date.

With such high accolades Billy Joel is set to impress once again at his London calling of the tour.
