"Style over substance "
Very disappointing. Despite the gloss of top-hatted doormen and golden lifts once we scraped the surface the cracks appeared. This is a hotel which focuses on profit and showiness over basic customer service and a genuine user-experience. Such a shame.

"5* ??"
Fantastic hotel but needs to provide tea and coffee making facilities in the room, really should be available in a 5* establishment.

"Acceptable but not as plush as expected."
Excessively overpriced in the Polo bar for drinks and food. £16 for a vodka and tonic, £18 for a club sandwich and £5.50 for a portion of French fries is totally excessive.
