"Disappointing but staff lovely "
Hotel undergoing major renovations which was disappointing. Another few minor issues but sorted out immediately by lovely staff so not worth mentioning. It is a budget hotel though, so you get what you pay for!

"Noise and missing accessories "
We was kept up all night by people shouting and talking loudly from another room which started at 12.30 and ended at 5.30 in the morning. Unacceptable! The bathroom needs a towel rail to hang wet towels. Bed is very firm.

"Lovely staff"
We found the hotel easily and were warmly welcomed. It was basic but had everything we could need from iron and ironing board Safe and coffee and tea facilities. Myself and 2 friends shared the room it was small with an en suite, but it was perfect for what we paid. We all had a good stay and will definitely stay again

"-"
A lot of noise outside with traffic and could not sleep because at three in the morning the pigeons in the loft started queueing queueing so it wasn`t a very good experience the other thing was it supposed to be bed and breakfast but they did not do breakfast they`ve not been doing it for the last five years so on your website I wanted bed and breakfast but didn`t get any so I was a bit disappointed
